About Sherri Pratt
Sherri Pratt’s journey to real estate is anything but traditional—and that’s exactly what makes her approach unique.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Sherri has built a diverse career centered around health, wellness, and helping others. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Penn State University, a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
For 25 years, Sherri was a proud military spouse, moving every two to four years and experiencing firsthand what it means to make a house a home. After purchasing and selling several homes along the way, she developed a genuine appreciation for the real-estate process and the impact a home can have on a family’s life.
When Sherri and her family eventually settled on Florida’s Space Coast to be closer to family, she decided to bring her unique background full circle by pursuing a career in real estate.
For Sherri, real estate is about more than square footage, finishes, and location. It’s about finding a healthy home—a place that supports the people who live there and contributes to their overall well-being.
With her background in exercise science, chiropractic care, nursing, and years of personal experience navigating moves and real-estate transactions, Sherri brings a wellness-focused perspective to every client relationship. She is passionate about helping individuals and families find homes that are not only beautiful and functional, but also support the healthy, fulfilling lifestyle they want to live.
